why PowerPC TW isos not updated in download server ?

Normand
Why PowerPC Tumbleweed isos not updated in download.opensuse.org (1) ?
The last isos are dated September 27th while last openQA tests are
20161107 (2)

Does it need a manual action, or is it part of an automatic process ?

May be related to that there is one remaining ppc64 test (3) that failed
as not found kbd-legacy. what is us supposed to come from ?

in the mean time I have created a bug 1009472 to track this failure
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1009472
