The administrators of the wiki are aware of that. See the warning at the top
of that page. However nobody is willing to take that task. It is a wiki, so
you can take that task and update that page. Your changes will be reviewed
and, if of sufficient quality, will be made publicly available.

I accepted revision and removed cleanup notice.
While notice was correct considering our policies, article is small
enough to fit on a single wiki page, and notice is just confusing
In general if you find similar outdated articles you can either update
it, or, if you have no time, leave cleanup notice, saying that article
is outdated. That will warn anyone that page needs some work, and it
will be included in:
