thanks for all replies
but the problem that yast refused to add any installation source in addition
to that the online update service didnot work .
yast cannot connect to servers although i have a working internet
connection.
about subtitle i cannot run the subtitle in arabic language although i
configure the language from
kde mangement but the subtitle appear in strange letters
