Ubuntu 16.04 target broken?

Neal Gompa
Hello,

On my private OBS instance interconnected with build.opensuse.org, my
Ubuntu 16.04 targets are reporting the following error:

"The repository setup is broken, build or publish not possible
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)
(repository 'openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04/universe' is unavailable)"

Depending on the chains of subprojects, this can get quite long.
What's going on?

I can confirm this.
Our local instance has the same problems.

hm, I can't reproduce this on our instance. Can you try a

  obs_admin --deep-check-project openSUSE.org:Ubuntu:16.04 $arch

on your server?

It just triggers the scheduler to forget everything about the project
and reload it again. So it will take some time.

But you are on an OBS 2.7 or newer server, right?
