OBS spec file parser does not understand %elseif

Nathan Cutler
Hi Adrian:

Regarding https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/19126 (upstream Ceph
project wants to use %elseif in ceph.spec), how difficult would it be
to teach the OBS spec file parser this "new trick"?
