Could openSUSE Leap 42.3 be Evergreen?

opensuse.lietuviu.kalba
As openSUSE Leap 42.3 is last version from 42.x series and it is based
on SLE 12 (that still will be supported more years), could openSUSE 42.3
have more prolonged community support (i.e. Evergreen)?

Regards

Cheers
